All tips are 100% directed to your scheduled cleaner. Our policy is that tipping is always appreciated by the Mrs Clean cleaners who go above and beyond, but never required. You can reschedule any booking without penalty, so long as you do so at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled start time.

You have the option to choose between eco-friendly or regular cleaning products. When scheduling your appointment you can choose to have us bring the products or we can use your own products. + Does Mrs Clean provide the cleaning products & tools? Therefore, a 1bd, 1bth will take 1.5 hours and if more time needs to be added, an additional $25 per 30minutes will be charged. *If there are 2 cleaners for one house, the time will be divided by half. If you would like to add more time you can for an additional $25 per hour. Example: A 1 bdr, 1 bth with oven cleaned will take max 3.5 hours or a 2bdr 2bth will take 4hours max. Any added bedrooms, rooms, bathrooms, or extra service will take an additional 30 minute per service. Please note that a 1bdr 1bath is maximum 3hours. When requesting a quote through one of our "Get a Quick Price" buttons, the estimated time for your cleaning will be automatically generated. + How long does a house cleaning typically take? We are also disinfecting light switches and for handles on each visits. We are asking that our clients be in another room while they are cleaning or maintain 6 feet of piggyback distance at all times. If they have any symptoms of Covid they will stay home until they get a clear Covid test and we ask that you do the same. All of our cleaners will be wearing KN 95 masks and gloves when cleaning your home.
